Good morning everyone.
Today I am going to explain my science project on “Tooth Structure 3D Working Model with LED Lights.” This project helps us understand the internal structure of a tooth in a simple and interactive way. Teeth are very important parts of our body because they help us in chewing food, speaking clearly, and giving shape to our face.

This 3D model shows the different layers and parts of a tooth using colors and LED lights. The lights help identify each part clearly, making the project attractive and easy to understand for students.
The human tooth has different layers, and each layer has a special function. In this model, the important parts shown are:
- Enamel
- Dentin
- Pulp
- Root Canal
- Gums
- Bone
- Nerves and Blood Vessels
The outermost layer of the tooth is called Enamel. It is the hardest substance in the human body. Enamel protects the inner parts of the tooth from damage and decay. In this model, enamel is shown as the white outer layer.
Below the enamel is the Dentin layer. Dentin is softer than enamel and forms the main part of the tooth. It supports the enamel and protects the inner pulp.
At the center of the tooth is the Pulp. The pulp contains nerves and blood vessels. It supplies nutrients and helps the tooth stay alive. If the pulp gets infected, it can cause severe tooth pain.
The Root Canal is the lower part inside the tooth root. It connects the pulp to the nerves and blood vessels present in the jawbone.
The model also shows the Gums, which surround and protect the teeth. Healthy gums are important for strong teeth. If gums become weak, teeth may loosen.
The Bone shown in the model supports the tooth and keeps it fixed firmly in the jaw.
This project uses LED lights connected to switches. When we press a switch, the light glows in the corresponding part of the tooth. This helps students identify each part easily and makes learning more interactive.
The project teaches important scientific concepts such as:
- Human body structure
- Dental health
- Nervous system
- Blood circulation
- Electrical circuits using LEDs
This model is very useful for school exhibitions because it combines science with creativity and practical learning.
Importance of Teeth
Teeth are important because they:
- Help in chewing food
- Improve speech
- Maintain facial shape
- Support digestion
Dental Care Tips
To keep teeth healthy, we should:
- Brush twice a day
- Avoid too many sweets
- Visit the dentist regularly
- Drink clean water
- Eat healthy food rich in calcium
Advantages of This Project
- Easy to understand
- Attractive 3D design
- Interactive learning with lights
- Improves science knowledge
- Helps students learn practically
In conclusion, this Tooth Structure 3D Working Model is an educational and creative science project that explains the structure and functions of teeth clearly. It helps students understand dental anatomy in an interesting and practical way. The LED lights make the model visually attractive and improve learning during exhibitions.
This project also spreads awareness about the importance of dental hygiene and healthy habits.
